Nathan J. Lindenbaum is a private investor and active Jewish communal leader based in Teaneck, New Jersey. Since 2010, he has focused on investments in the stock market, real estate, and private equity. Prior to that, he served as President of MGS, a family-owned propane marketing business operating across New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, New York, and the Philadelphia area, which was sold to a public company in 2010.

Nathan has held numerous leadership roles within Jewish educational and communal institutions. He served as President of the Moriah School in Englewood, New Jersey, following a three-year term as Chair of the Board and many years as Chair of the Finance Committee. He was one of the founding trustees of Yeshivat Noam in Paramus, New Jersey, playing a pivotal role in its early development and ongoing governance.

Deeply committed to Jewish education and communal sustainability, Nathan is a co-founder and board member of Jewish Education for Generations (JEFG), the organization behind NNJKIDS, also known as the Kehilla Fund. He is also the co-founder and co-chair of Teach NJS, a statewide initiative that advocates for increased government funding for non-public schools in New Jersey.

Nathan currently serves on the boards of the Jewish Federation of Northern New Jersey, SAR Academy and High School in Riverdale, New York, and Prizmah: Center for Jewish Day Schools. His philanthropic leadership also extends to his role as Vice President and Treasurer of the Irving Montak Foundation, a private foundation based in Teaneck.

Nathan lives in Teaneck with his wife, Shari (née Appleman). Together, they have four children, all graduates of Jewish day schools. The couple supports a range of philanthropic causes, particularly in education, youth development, and Jewish communal life.
