כיצד לתכנן שיעור העונה על צרכי כלל הלומדים.ות שלנו בכיתה הטרוגנית?

במפגש זה נחקור הוראה מובחנת על ידי לימוד שלושה מודלים של שיעור דיפרנציאלי: הוראה רב חושית בכיתה שלמה, חלוקה לקבוצות הומוגניות, ומודל התחנות. נדגים דרכים מעשיות לתכנון הוראה עבור  מגוון של רמות מיומנות שפה, תחומי עניין, והעדפות למידה. במפגש נשמע רעיונות מעמיתים ונשתתף  בדיון על שלושת המודלים, תוך זיהוי הזדמנויות ואתגרים. בסוף המפגש יהיו בידיכם.ן תבנית לעיצוב שיעור מובחן והצעות מעשיות לחיזוק שיטות הוראה/למידה של עברית שוויונית וממוקדת לומד.ת.

Three Models of a Differentiated Lesson

How can we design lessons that meet the needs of all of our learners in a diverse classroom?

In this session we will explore differentiated instruction by learning about three lesson models: multi-sensory whole class, homogeneous grouping, and station-rotation. We will demonstrate practical ways for planning instruction for varying proficiency levels, interests, and learning styles. You will hear ideas from your colleagues and engage in discussion of the three models, reflecting on both opportunities and challenges. At the end of the session, you will receive a template for designing a differentiated lesson and practical suggestions to strengthen inclusive and effective Hebrew teaching and learning practices.
