The Reflective Hebrew Educator

This complimentary workshop provides an opportunity for Hebrew educators to explore the concept of transformative reflective practice.  There are 3 main levels of reflection: Traditional/surface, Progressive/theoretical and practical, and Critical/transformative. If you are interested in finding out your level of reflection, join us! Participants will receive a Self–assessment Reflective Practice Protocol toexamine their own reflective thinking and practice as they move from setting department and classroom goals to effective teaching. Core Competency – Personal and Professional Growth
