תכננו מראש ושתפו את התלמידים.ות באופן ניהול הכיתה בתחילת השנה בהתייחס לסביבה הפיסית (למשל מקומות הישיבה, הלוח וקירות הכיתה, שילוט בעברית), לנהלי הכיתה (למשל נוהל שימוש בטכנולוגיה, פתיחת השיעור וסיומו), ולהרגלי עבודה ותקשורת בין התלמידים לבין עצמם.ן ועם המורה (למשל פרוטוקל עבודה בקבוצה, פרוטוקול לפתרון בעיות). שתפו את התלמידים.ות בבניית התכנית במידת האפשר, והשתמשו בכללים הכתובים שתליתם.ן ברחבי הכיתה כתזכורת קבועה לחוקי הכיתה.

Foster a Hebrew classroom learning community early in the year based on an effective learning environment, clear class rules, and work/communication practices that support learning

Decide and share with the students the classroom management plan in the beginning of the year and refer to the following aspects: the physical surroundings (for example, the seating arrangement, the board and walls, Hebrew signage), classroom rules (for example, how to use technology, how to open and close lesson), and work and communication among students and with you (for example, group work protocol, conflict resolution protocol). Consider how to include the students in decision making about the plan and use wall-posters as constant reminders of the rules.
