Don’t forget to support your high performing students in your lesson planning 

When designing tailored instruction for your heterogenous classroom, make sure you plan for the high performing students as well! Enrich lesson tasks, for example, by adding higher-order thinking questions, including authentic content and texts, and developing different and diverse perspectives.
