INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Use the link below to access a Google Doc. 
2. Once on the Google doc, do one of the following:
   1. Save the document to your personal Google drive by clicking File -> Make a Copy in the top-left corner of the screen
   2. Download a Word Doc by clicking File -> Download -> Microsoft Word
   3. Download a PDF by clicking File -> Download -> PDF Document
