בסדנת מבוא זו, נציג גישה חינוכית הרואה בניהול כיתה תהליך של יצירת קהילה לומדת. נבהיר את המינוח “קהילה לומדת”, ונבחן כיצד שינוי נקודת המבט – ממשמעת ושליטה לבניית קהילה – משפיע על יחסי מורה-תלמידים.ות ועל האקלים בכיתה. מתוך דוגמאות קצרות ודיון משותף נחלץ עקרונות ואסטרטגיות מרכזיות ליצירת קהילה לומדת התומכת במעורבות תלמידים.ות. הסדנה תשמש פתיחה לקורס אונליין בשיתוף עם המכללה העברית, שבו נעמיק בפיתוח נהלים, נורמות ופרקטיקות המקדמות השתתפות שוויונית ולמידה משמעותית בכיתת העברית ההטרוגנית

In this overview workshop, we will present an educational approach that sees classroom management as a process of creating a learning community. We will define the concept “learning community,” and examine how changing the perspective – from discipline and control to community building – affects teacher-student relationships and the classroom climate. From brief examples and a shared discussion, we will extract key principles and strategies for creating a learning community that supports student engagement. The workshop will serve as an introduction to an online Short Course in collaboration with Hebrew College, in which we will delve deeper into the development of procedures, norms, and practices that promote equitable participation and meaningful learning in the heterogeneous Hebrew classroom.
